Enterprise Manager IS_REP_SQL_LENGTH

I have a technical question regarding Enterprise Manager 7.5.3:

I am noticing that certain reports do not have an associated value recorded in the column IS_REP_SQL_LENGTH of the table IS_REP_FACT. The column is NULL.

How can a report be generated without yeilding any SQL? Am I looking at an actual report or is this a particular type of job?

I would guess the SQL could not be generated due to an error.

If the report was cached and only cache was executed, you will not get any SQL generated.
