Enterprise Manager Install

I had ops man 6.11 running and i needed to upgrade to enterprise manager. The problem is that my sales people ordered the software as a new install and not the upgrade. I didn't notice it untill i needed to put in the option password. Well we have the right software and I'm trying to install it but it sees it as an upgrade to the enterprise manager that I had installed prior. It will not let me remove the other version. Any ideas of what to do?

What do you have on the AMC ?
Have you tried to contact MITEL's vendors's ?

First of all, read installation documentation. I've installed this animal without any issues from the first attempt. Try to analyze installation procedure, it's straight forward as soon as you met all pre-requisites. Be ready that server will need to communicate with AMC in order to get correct licenses.
