I am experimenting with notification options for 911 calls. I have the emergency call notification working on the phones and thats great but im wondering if anyone knows if there is a way to have an email alert sent out from enterprise manager/ops man when 911 calls are placed? If not, is anyone aware of anything that can do this?

Anything? yes a SX-200 can do it but I'm sure that's not the answer you are looking for. Mitel has an APP called Emergency Response Advisor that may do the trick. I don't think Eman can.
