Enterprise Manager & Norton Personal Firewall conflicts

Has anyone come across a problem with accessing a database in Enterprise Manager when Norton Personal Firewall is active? I can't view the database or access it via my VB application when Norton is active. When I disable Norton I am able to get in.

I've looked at all my settings (I have the specific port listed) and can't determine what else I need. My company requires me to have Norton running when I'm accessing the database from my laptop at home (using Road Runner). My company's NT people are also looking into this.

If there is somewhere else I should go to find the solution please let me know.
