Enterprise Java Beans Question

I am assuming what I am saying is correct so I'd like some confirmation here.

Can I call the methods of an enterprise Java bean or even just a regular java bean from within a java class such as a servlet?

If the sky is blue and the Sun is yellow.... Why isn't the air Green?

of course. Two instances of classes can communicate with each other, in different ways. Even if they do not run in the same JVM, but you'll need some more logic there.
