Enterprise framework and DW

Hi,

What exactly does it mean when a company says that "they've purchased a zachman-framework"?
I mean, I know what the zachman framework is- its a methodology for business system classification. But HOW does one purchase a methodology? Is there a software product that enables a company to implement this framework or something?

Perhaps they have purchased a repository to store all the Zachman parameters. Just guessing.

Probably they have purchased the Frame-work from a company or practice group which developed or implemented the Zachman Framework.

I am also guessing!!
