We're using Crystal Enterprise 9. We had several scheduled reports fail over the weekend with the same error message (Unable to connect: incorrect log on parameters. File C:\Program Files\Crystal Decisions\Shared\Temp\procSched\uswisntws414.report(2)\~tmp7d037fe03e9660.rpt.). The database that we were reporting from did not go down, according to our DBA's and none of the login information has changed. Do you guys know of anywhere where there is more detailed logging information concerning report failures? Thanks in advance...

You have 2 areas, the standard Windows Event Log on the CE server, and the audit log files.
Default location for the audit logs:
C:\Program Files\Crystal Decisions\Enterprise 9\win32_x86\logging\
