Hello,
How do you access these switches thru the network. I've tried the IP addresses of 10.10.14.1:6800 and 10.10.10.1.6800 and I keep getting page cannot be found with the browser.I cannot get access thru dialup anymore, message comes back with 777 error and the modem is not working properly any more. It also has no serial port on the back.
Dmac,

the good old bcm1000 have serial ports in the front of hte system ...along with keyboard/ mouse jacks

verify the IP address
verify you have the JRE / and a compatible browser

other than that is the system functional?

senk1s,
I was able to access thru dialup using the 10.10.14.1:6800 IP address with my browser. This was just yesterday.I kept getting knocked off and I think that is the problem with the modem now I didn't properly log off. What do you mean by JRE? The only ports I see on the front are two Nic cards the modem and another card that has 4 1.5 mini plugs for MOH and another RJ 45 on it.
Dmac,

Check bottom left corner of EE1000. Seems like the first old 1000's had a flip open plastic cover over the ports. CRS for sure.

Thanks,
I'll have to check it out. Is there another way to access the Call Pilot besides a browser? The only featue code that doesn't work is 983. All I'm trying to do is unlock a mailbox for them.

Dmac,
