Enterprise Cube Viewing Refresh Issue

Is there a patch for this issue?

When viewing cubes using Enterprise the system seems to refresh each time we are using the scrollbars.

Does anyone know which patch to use?

There's a Maintainance release out for CAP - sounds like what you have installed. The CAP MR1 fixes that issue.
