Enterprise Agreement Errors when used during remote shutdowns

We are getting errors in EA (version 4.6) when we try to
use it for remote shutdowns. We opened a PMTS which was
closed with the answer that we will need to purchase EA
6.0 to regain this functionality in W2K. Has anyone heard
anything about this? Thx.
