hi guys/gals,

I have recently installed Crystal Enterprise 10 on my PC running Windows 2000.
I wish to do it this way to test, before putting it on a dedicated server.
My question is, how do I log on to it?
I have a prompt box asking for the name of the sevrer (i'm assuming its the name of my PC, which is also displayed when I mouse over the MSSQLServer icon in the system-tray..)

how can I check the username/password details that I entered?
I am etering what I think is correct, but it still says that I am providing invalid login information.
my sevrer name is OTD-W156 (my PC name)
I am using the default Enterprise authentication.

any ideas?
thanks in advance,
Matt

Time to read a little...

Anyway, the default user( assuming you installed everything correctly and all the services are up and running ) is administrator with no password.

But, this is a complex system,so reading the Getting Started and Administrator's Guide is a minimum requirement if you expect to use it effectively..

Have fun...
