Enterprise 10 Excel Export Problems

Hi all,
We've recently patched our enterprise 10 installation to version 10.0.5.1498, patch history file below.
Since patching, we've noticed some, but not all reports that are exported to either Excel or Excel data only are either missing their page header section completely or in the case of one, has the page header section in but has printed only two of the 12 column titles.
When testing on the lab machine, a test schedule with header, groups, subreports etc continued to function fine after each patch and since noticing this problem, I've built a new report with the same structure as one of the failing ones and this displays all sections fine too.
This problem affects both lab and production servers.
Has anyone run into this before or have any ideas?
I've restored the backup for the Database and Export (DBEX10WIN-EN) patch and retested with no success.
