Entering Ticket Number and tell amount wait Time

What would I need to interconnect a Merlin Magix system so I can give a Ticket Number to a customer so when they call back they enter this ticket number so it gets routed to the appropiate QUEUE? Also, what is needed so the phone system tells the customer how many people are in QUEUE and approximately How long they have to wait?

Interactive Northwest made a product called "Conversant" which did that. There are various others, but that's what Lucent used a lot. You are looking for a "CTI" app, or Computer-telephone-integration. There is some hardware you'll need on the Magix, a separate computer system, and away you go, after the setup.
