Entering different pictures in Access Forms

I'm building a plant database for a study and although I've found out how to enter images I find that in each form entry I get the same image.

What I do is select the correct entry in 'forms view', go into 'design view',insert the photo, and when I go back into 'forms view', it reverts to the first entry in the database and all the subsequent entries display the same photo. Please can anyone explain in plain terms where I'm going wrong and enable me to make sure that I can insert a relavant photo for each plant in my database?
