I have three columns in Excel. For each row, the third column subtracts the number in the second column from the number in the first column. Is there a way to have a cell in the third column remain empty (i.e., not show a value) until numbers are entered in both the other two columns? So, for example, if I have a "6" in the first column and nothing in the second column, then the third column doesn't show a value. Then, when I enter a "4" in the second column, the third column shows a "2."

Thanks

That was perfect! Thanks for the quick response.
