Our facility utilizes My CallPilot with CallPilot and Desktop messaging. Our E-Mail servers are MS Exchange. When I configure a Mailbox in CallPilot, I need a Domain password for that user. It makes since but here is the problem. If I create it with a generic password and the user at time of installation of the desk top clients enters My CallPilot and changes the password for their e-mail, it does not change in CallPilot. Aren't these the same password, and if the password is changed in My CallPilot should it also be changed in CallPilot?
