entered digits not displayed when dialing out

IPO 500 with 8.1.73
Customer complains that when dialing slowly the display on 1416 set only displays first 3-4 digits..
Any way to adjust this timer somewhere?

Ah yes, analogue lines. With analogue lines it has no response back from digits dialled once seized. So if you allow the inter digit or ARS timer to expire it starts to send to line and as such will not display any further digits dialled. Reason being if you called the bank and went to a menu you wouldn't want the menu selection digits adding to the redial number/call log. So basically if you want to allow the digits to display you either need to lengthen the ARS delay timer and/or the inter digit timer (depending on if dial delay count is used) or use shortcodes with xxxxx's to hold off dialling to line until the full number is dialled
