When using an online form designed in FrontPage a user may hit the "Enter" key on the keyboard before completing the form. Well this submits the form before it is complete.

Is there a way to turn off or disable the "Enter" key from submitting the webpage form? I would like to user to have to click the submit button as the only way to submit the form.

Thanks, I don't use html or web pages much and not sure how to achieve this.

Thanks,

DH

i dont knwo if this is possible, but you can prevent them from submitting without filling in the form, by setting the variables for each fo the boxes, you can set them to have a set number of letters, numbers or whatever, then if the field is not filled in they will get an error message....

double click on the field you want to set up, and click on validate, then click on required, and enter the minimum number of letters, numbers, ie 3 and the maximum number ie 10

the above would mean that unless their was between 3-10 digits in the field, the form would not process

thanks
