enter I/C Manufacture Items

Hi,

We're using Accpac 5.5. If I log on as Admin, I am able to enter Manufacturer item numbers. However if I log on as any other user with full Admin rights to I/C Accpac won't allow me to enter Manufacturer items. What am I missing here?

Can you see the Manufacturers Items icon?

Yes, and as an admin I can enter manufacturers items. But if I log on as another user pressing Insert for entering an item number does not do anything.

Do the other users see a Save button on the Manufacturers Items screen?

yes, they do.
I've just tested it again and now all other users seem to be able to enter manufacturer items as well.
I haven't changed anything. Not sure whether it might be something odd like if 1 user has I/C open the others can't enter manufacturer items?
