Hello,

I need help on adding a Grand total minus the last 3 months of premium. I have it Grouped on a date field and have a Grand total already but now they want another Grand total minus the last 3 month. Would someone help me please.

Date field {effdate} Grouped by month decending
and premium field is {Annprem}

{Annprem} - current date - 90 days??????

Thanks

Renata

Ahhh, I addressed this in part before, this is fairly straightforward:

Create a running total and in the evaluate use a formula section place:

{MyTable.MyDatetime} >= datetime(year(dateadd("m",-3,currentdate)),month(dateadd("m",-3,currentdate)),1,0,0,0)

This will only sum for those rows which are greater than the past 3 months.
