Hi,
I am having problems trying to add a new node to enterprise manager. It is saying "License Failure". My App Record on the AMC says i have unlimited nodes. its been a long day, am i being stupid?

Any Ideas

do you have nodes configured already?
try doing a sync again to make sure your licenses are valid.

if else fails you should probably escalate to Mitel 3rd line

Yeah i have 2 nodes on there already. Checked with Mitel and the licenses are on the AMC and ok to use. will try and run a sync.

cheers

Just to add to it, when I try and backup my opsman data it fails with system error and nothing in the event viewer the same as Chrismit's thread but I can't do it without PBX data or Programmable Data selected!

Its on server 2003 r2 sp1

All sorted now. The smdr folder was missing out of the sx2000 folder. And the license file needed reapplying for the ent man problem.

This problem was different to mine. My Ops only failed if you selected Programmable Data.

Glad you got it sorted in the end though.

Yeah mine worked fine when I removed smdr data, that's how I found it.
