Ensuring user has newest flash update

hello all, It has been awhile since I have added a question. I have a site completed, however, I have noticed that if a user does not have the most recent flash update, the site does not perform efficiently. Therefore, what is a good code snippet that will ensure that the user has the most recent code & if they don't will allow them to download & then return them to the site?
