The UK regulations for diallers is currently changing.
I have a couple of Ensemble pro Stacks, running on 5.1.6 and 5.2 SP 2
If there is no agent available to take an outbound call, we need to transfer the call through to a recorded message saying who we are and what we do.
We have tested various routes and can't get this working.
Has anyone else had any luck doing anything like this???
