Enquires for Sun system servers on management port.

Does Sun SFX4150, SFX4450, Blade X6450, Sun Fire 4450, Sun Blade X6250 and Blade X6000 have management port?
If yes, are they by default on?
If not, do i have to get the license? NIC? or any others?

Please help.
