Enlage layer pulldown on the toolbar

Does anyone know if it is possible to enlarge, or create a new larger, layers pulldown on the toolbar?

My layer names are too long, and they get cutoff by the strandard layer pulldown.

Not quite what I'm looking for.

I want to widen the layer control on the formatting toolbar. And the Dimstyle control on the dimension toolbar.
These are the listboxes that allow you to quickly change the cuttent layer or dimstyle.

The autocad help menu only tell how to put these control on a custom toolbar (search the help for "control _layer")

I managed to find this utility called QuikPik

The site says it will do what I want it to. Allow resizing of the layer control on the 'Object Properties' Toolbar.

Haven't tested it yet. I will let you know when I do.
