Now correct me if I am wrong, but once you enter the keycode for the enhanced CC on a CP150 shouldn't I see 10 skillsets/30 active agents or something like that. The keycode was put in the CP150, but all I see are 2 skillsets, 10 active agents, CC reporting, super help and intelligent routing. I also only have the option of recording 30 greetings in yhe CC setup...things like that. I see Enhanced CC installed, but I still have some basic CC features. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

sounds lke key code failed...call nortel and try a new one
