English / Spanish option in Mail Box

I know that a CCR can have a ALT greeting via 9.

Once the caller is transferred to a voice mail box at an extension and hears the personal PRIME message (for example english)can they be instructed for example to press 9 for spanish?

Not that I know of.

you will have to upload the spanish language off the CD, did it once way back it was easy, plug your lap top into the voicemail, read the readme file and it will walk you through, once uploaded you have to power down and re-boot the CP, assuming you do have a CP
