ENGLISH PATCH FOR PHOTOSHOP CS 8.0

For some reason my version of photoshop will not turn to english. I used some wierd italian patch my friend had an now I cannot reinstall in ENGLISH! HELP!

Have you tried to re-load PS then NOT load the Italian patch?
