Endpoint Upgrade Problem - 4 dyas left before the deadline

We are currently deploying endpoint via wide area network. The endpoint from the remote site has succesfully logged-in to the gateway. However, whenever we try to upgrade the endpoint by executing the command "wadminep computername upgrade" from the TMR server, an error appears. The exact error message is "spawn_impl, could not spawn method as User Administrator" Hope you could help me, we only have 4 days left before the deadline.

If TivoliAP.dll changed in a reboot is required,
and EP v 93 did have a change in TivoliAP.dll from EP v83 - the changes were mostly:
1)Win2000 active directory functionality
and
2) BuiltinNTAdministrator (fixing 90 91 problems),
v83 =3.7 and 3.7B EP,
and v90's = 3.7.1
and a batch file gets built that deletes things on startup, so the old TivoliAP.dll won't get deleted

Depending upon what version of endpoint you have and are going to will determine what needs to be in your widmap. It is going to be either BuiltinNTAdministrator or Administrator.

Also, You may have to add the account tmersrvd to the groups Tivoli_Admin_Privileges, Administrators and Users and stop/start the endpoint.
