can i have the sig server send trap message related to an end point registration drop////meaning when we loose the sip connection to another cse can we send an alarm.
we only care because we have centralized call pilot and need to know if the connection goes dowm a.s.a.p. how would you set this up

This is one of the standard traps sent out by the SS if you have SNMP configured.

I use NetIQ to monitor all of my CS1000's, and I am alerted if any of the endpoints becomes un-registered, then again when it re-registers with the NRS.

do you know what the code would say ? what error code to look for... we do have snmp configured for E911 ESA and our server scan for OSN000 to find that alert... is it something I can add to the scan

I checked my Events log and I only have the 'Endpoint Registered' message. It is an ITG5065 error. Usually the errors are in pairs, so ITG5064 could be the 'Endpoint Unregister' error (just guessing).
