Endpoint Protection Live Update setting

Anyone know where the setting is to allow clients to do thier own live update? Somehow, the setting got set so that it only happens weekly, and when I try to manually update, I get "Your System Administrator has locked this feature". Well, I'm the System Administrator, and I did NOT lock this feature that I know of. We have a default installation, as far as I know. Any help appreciated.
