Endpoint Mapper error on DC.

Has anyone experienced this error and got to the bottom of the problem?

I am experiencing this problem on the DC on the domain that holds the FSMO roles and eventually the domain grinds to a halt and the only cure is to down all the servers and then reload them from scratch.

I have found tit bits of information but nothing that is definitive to resolve this problem.

How often?
What are the problems you experience when this occurs?
What other errors are new in your event log?

Please always take the time to backup any and all data before performing any actions suggested for ANY problem, regardless of how minor a change it might seem. Also test the backup to make sure it is intact.
