am working on a S8100 setting up the ECAS and on the “system parameters cdr” screen it does not show the “Primary Output Endpoint” field. Normally the data module extension or the node-name for the for the ECAS would go in that field.

Node Number (Local PBX ID): 1 CDR Date Format: month/day
Primary Output Format: unformatted

I have the other parameters set up for the node-name (cdr1) but I can’t fill in that field because it is not on the CDR SYSTEM PARAMETERS screen.

Also, in System Customer Options under “CAS Branch” and “CAS Main” both are set to “n”. Is CAS call accounting system or centralized attendant service?
