Hi all, I have a user in our contact centre using a 9608G SIP phone with AAAD. AAAD crashed on a call and now his endpoint is giving busy tone constantly and I cannot clear it. I've tried to busyout and release it, but to no avail... I even went as far as trying to delete it, but again, no joy. Seems as though it's locked out, so does anyone have any suggestion on how to clear the line down?
