I have narrowed down my choices down to hardware, Endian, or smoothwall. Has anyone out there ever used Endian? It is a based on IPcop so I suppose it is then directly descended from Smoothwall. It appears to have a lot of features that are not smoothwall does not have natively, but I see very little activity in its forum and it almost feels like the project is abandoned although they are releasing new add-ons etc...
I will hopefully be able to demo both systems, if so then I will give a play by play of how it goes down.
