Any body has end user training software which helps to end user to understand how to use M and T series phone sets. I will appreciate to help. thanks

i dont believe there is anything like that

it works the way it is customized - there are user cards

As far as i know there are only user cards and the phones should be customized by the tech who is programming the system for the company. As far as features go, the phones come a brief collection of them with the user cards and thats it.
