Hi all,
Long time lurker, first time poster.
I work for a relatively large bank in Cleveland that has a 24/7 call center. We use a CS1KM with SCCS 5.0 and WebClient 4.5 currently.
Our end users (workflow and scheduling management group) are looing for training on SCCS from an operational perspective. They don't need all the technical training like most of us have had.
One of our managers in the Call Center found SYMMETRICS and a web-based course that looks to be tailored to using and reporting through SCCS. Has anyone had any experience with the SYMMETRICS material?? We have used GK courses for our tech folks, but that's about it.
Any comments would be appreciated!!
