Hello,
I got the following problem/question:
On a telefone the user has used *21 to divert to an other phone number. In MMI i can see this diversion (see below)

---screen text MMI---
?lex <extn>
bla bla
<display name>

MEMBER bla bla
MEMBER OF bla bla
IMMEDIATE DIVERSION TO <extn>
---end screen text MMI---

What i want to do is end the diversion with MMI.
I have already tried the commands RID and RFD, but those are not the solution. Please help.

I have already found the solution :)

The command is RUCF

---Parameters---

EXTN: the local extension to have the feature restored
FEATURE: the feature to be restored:

IMM Immediate extension diversion (local or DPNSS)
EXT Immediate extension diversion (external)
SAB Immediate extension diversion to a shared number (system abbreviated dialling number/SAB)
RNR Ring-no-reply extension diversion (local or DPNSS)
RNRX Ring-no-reply extension diversion (external)
BUSY Busy extension diversion (local or DPNSS)
BSYX Busy extension diversion (external)
DND Do-not-disturb
LOCK Extension lock/unlock (alternate COS/TAC)
HOME Set up home-working session
HOTD Set up hot-desking session

DESTINATION: the destination of the diversion (where applicable)
N to turn off a user-set diversion

--- end parameters---

For example, to turn off do-not-disturb for extension 5543:

? RUCF
EXTN: 5543
FEATURE: DND N

or

? RUCF 5543 DND N

Hi Paanvimu,

It depends what software level you are on.
If you are on level 8 or 9, you can use "RUCF <extn) IMM N" to cancel it. (RUCF = Revise User Configurable Features)

At version 7 and before you will have to cancel it either from an operators console, or from the extn port itself.
Alternatively, delete the display name, delete its entries in PUG's, HG's etc, delete the extn, then re create it.

Hope that helps,

CRM026

In Australia the RUCF command can be used at Versions 6.2 & 7.1 - all that's required is the downloading of a patch.
