We have an IPO500 v2 R8.0 with Essential software and was wondering if we need to order the Power User with every end point license. Any help will be appreciated.
OK, here is my problem. Last Friday we entered the licenses for the end points, then we created two voip sets in the extensions and matched them with two user extn's. We programmed the phones and they came up and were tested as working. On Monday morning the phones had a display of nouser. Is there any thing we should be looking for as far as the set up or could it be the network? Thank you in advance of any support.
