Any other Avaya business partners planning on migrating to SAL 3.0 next year that does not support the current alarming core? We are trying to figure a good way to receive alarms after the SAL 2.0 is gone. Avaya says they will not support alarming with SAL 3.0. Any ideas?

Take a look at this

I guess use Avaya's alarming/expert systems. Or, setup notifications on support.avaya.com for customerX@yourBP.com for customerX and customerY@yourBP.com and let your ticketing system accept email from customerstatus@avaya.com and figure it out that way I guess.

Presumably your channel manager or SAL product management have some formal response. They'd much rather you get the tickets and do the grunt work.
