Hi,
One of the users I'm in charge of has a wierd problem using Powerpoint 2003. He is able to protect powerpoint files with a password, but when he receives a file that is protected with a password, he is unable to open it. He always has the the wrong password error message, though the password is correctly entered. Office 2003 is up to date (he is using Office 2003 SP1), and the problem is only there with powerpoint, Excel and Word are running without any issues. Do you have an idea?
