Encryption strength of https connection in IE

How does one go about determining the encryption strength of a particular connection in IE? I tried double clicking the "lock" to get certificate information, etc., but I didn't see anything about the encryption level of a particular connection.

I use 128-bit strength IE for https connections, but I can't tell if the connection is actually encrypted at 128 or 56 or 40?

Also, can you tell IE to only accept connections at 128-bit encryption? I looked throughout the Tools > Options area but didn't see anything but SSL2.0 and SSL3.0, and SSL2 or SSL3 doesn't determine encryption strength, right?

Thanks,

Jon

On Internet Explorer 6 I just hold the mouse sursor over the lock and a little popup says 'SSL Secured(128 bit)'
