Encryption Recovery

I have a file (a pst) that was encrypted. After installing a digital certificate for email then rebooting, I no longer had access to the file (access denied). I removed all privilages and added "everyone" to Full Privilages, yet I can no longer remove the encryption.

I have backed up the file using the back up utility as microsoft suggests. However I do not know where I get the DRA cert to remove this encryption.

Any help? This PST holds about 13 mg of data and needs to be recovered one way or another...soon
