Encryption Oddity

When I submit my home address the state is displayed in a mix of uppercase letters. I will demonstrate here by typing the correct state (the capital is Sacramento):
Arcadia, MFEMFEMFEM

Any ideas and suggested solutions will be appreciated.

Hi Iownroot,
Thanks for the response. I have found the culprit. My McAfee Privacy Service has this information in the "block info" list. Something I did not know about. Luckily another client had sent a message to the McAfee chat room, and that put me on the right track.

Now I can write Arcadia, California.
