It depends what you want to do - many mail clients support encryption (e.g. Outlook) using certificates for individual messages. Or do you want to encrypt everything going to and coming from the server?
And do you need encrypted storage or simply transmission. If the later then IPSec would allow messages to be send over an encrypted connection.

I need it to do on server level and specialy with PGP.
At the moment we PGP desktop version.
But our parent company in another country use Lotus Notes and securiQ.Crypt on server level. But securiQ not available for MS Exchange yet.
And I'm looking the PGP for the MS Exchange server.
