Here's the scenario. I've got encryption set on my mailbox. I then set up a meeting, and invite the relevant people, save and send invitations. One of the invitees has his calendar delegated to his PA, however when she tries to accept the meeting on his behalf, she gets errors that parts of the document are not intended for her and she cannot view it. How does calendar delegation deal with encryption. Should it be able to bypass the encryption, since this person has authorised her to view the calandar and manage it on his behalf? (oh yeah, she's a manager of his mail file)

cheers

The whole point of encryption is the only person who can see the message is the person you sent it to. What would be the point of encrypting mail if anyone who had access to your mailbox would be able to read it.

My suggestion is simple dont send it encrypted.
