Hi, we have laptop users which have offline working from a network drive, how can we encrpyt the data so if the laptop gets stolen then they can access this data>

Thank

If using XP then you can enable encryption on a folder by folder basis. But if the user leaves the company and doesn't give you their password you can have a devil of a job getting the data un-encrypted. This method won't stop a user being sloppy though and saving files in an unencryted folder..

Or google for specialist software. There is plenty out there that will load before the O/S and ensure everything is encrpted. Your users may not be too happy though having to put in more passwords! :)
