I am looking for an easy way to prevent my users from sending encrypted mail.
Our policy is to keep a permenant record of all email and have it in a searchable format. We have run across a bit of data that was encrypted in the past and are having the users decrypt the mail. I need a way to prevent this from happening in the future.
Does anyone have a way of doing this? I would like something simple like a like added to the NOTES.INI. I hate the idea of making changs to the mail templates. 95% of all the problems I've had with Notes has been tempalte related.
There has to be a simple solution, somewhere.
