Encrypted mail

I have some of my users that have encrypted their mailfiles. This practice is not recommended in our organization. I would like to identify the documents on my servers that have been encrypted and the users who have encrypted them.

Does anyone know of a way of doing this?

Hi,

Whilst frowned upon by your organiazation, depending on the country you live in, data protection acts etc allow them to encypt thier own emails even if not allowed by work.

you litterally might have to go though each and every mail to find out which ones are encyrpted as there is no way of telling, and hence then you would know which the user is.
