My computer have 2 OS, Win2000 Advanced Server (C drive) and WinXP Professional (D drive). I encrypted a folder (E drive) but I forgot what OS I used, for testing. And I have already format my C and D drive. Now I can't open any file on that folder again. It said access denied. How to fix it ? Thanks.

As far as I know, you can't. That encryption used security from whatever OS you ran it on, which is now gone.

EFS has a recovery agent, which normally is the domain Administrator of local administrator.
